Futuristic House with Jetliner Views | MUL:7691 by VOID Architects

Known as "MUL:7691", house was designed by Void, Inc. under supervision of Iran born architect Arshia Mahmoodi.
Built in Los Angeles just below scenic Mulholland Drive and overlooking San Fernando Valley below, the house is reminiscent of the white spaceship form, hugging the down-slope to accommodate maximum views from each room.
As per Arshia Mahmoodi, some inspiration for the design was drawn from the nearby situated John Lautner’s Chemosphere House and David Lynch's movie "Mulholland Drive".
From exterior walls to interior surfaces, porcelain tile flooring and lacquered cabinetry house shares minimalistic white/black color scheme. In this austerity of color - the unobstructed views of the cityscape "warm their way" through the windows just to play part as live and ever-changing interior detail.
