Lesson in sophistication - branding for Theurel & Thomas by Anagrama
French Macaroons I would call "designers desert". Macaroon shape and colors can become an efortless focal point in wide range of design interpretations.
Although Theurel and Thomas project is a couple years old, I am just so enthusiastic to see another good one from Anagrama design team. These guys from Mexico City have been on our radar screen for some time now, and with each project they seem to "up the ante".
In Theurel and Thomas project Anagrama successfully created the ambiance of sophisticated space, like a white canvas painted whith colorful macaroon compositions.
Sensitivity to typography showing in Anagramas choice of french Didot typeface. Carefuly selected porcelain pieces compliment period accurate furnishings and speaks of class and sophistication. Mirrors and under cabinet lighting brings that 3rd dimention to this otherwise monochromatic space.
With Theurel and Thomas branding - Anagrama successfuly wrote another chapter in a book of sophisticated design.
We meticulously selected each porcelain piece creating a balance with sophisticated specks that made the value of the brand and the exclusivity of the product outshine. ~Anagrama~
We placed two lines in our design in cyan and magenta, as a relation with a modern French flag to inject a vanguard vision to the identity. ~Anagrama~
French Didot typeface so appropriately incorporated in this branding project, was perfected by Firmin Didot over a century ago.
